Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 2026

FutureCAPrep is committed to making our learning platform usable by everyone, including students with disabilities. We continually work to improve accessibility and follow recognised guidelines.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably possible. Accessibility is part of our design and development practices and is reviewed periodically.

2. Features We Provide

  • Keyboard navigation for primary user journeys (browse, enrol, learn, take quizzes).
  • Sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive controls.
  • Descriptive labels for buttons, links and form fields.
  • Alt text for meaningful images.
  • Responsive layouts that adapt to desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
  • Captions and transcripts for selected video lessons (rolling out across the catalogue).

3. Areas We Are Still Improving

Some legacy content, third-party embeds and PDF resources may not yet meet our accessibility goals. We are progressively updating these. If you encounter content that is difficult to access, please let us know — we treat such feedback as a priority.

4. Compatibility

FutureCAPrep is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and is tested with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnifiers.
