FutureCAPrep is a fully digital learning platform. This Delivery Policy explains how and when you will receive your purchased products.

1. Digital-Only Delivery

All our products and services are delivered digitally. We do not offer any physical goods. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive electronic access to the course content via your account.

2. Delivery Timeline

Digital access is typically granted instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases (e.g., manual verification or gateway delays) delivery may take up to 24 hours.

3. How You Receive Access

  • Personal account dashboard: available 24/7 at /dashboard. Sign in to view all your enrolled courses, lessons, quizzes and certificates.
  • Email confirmation: an order confirmation and access details are sent to the email address registered with your account.

4. If You Don't Receive Access

If you do not see your purchased course in your dashboard or have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours of payment, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
  • Sign out and back in to your account.
  • Contact our support team using the details below.
