We want you to be fully satisfied with your FutureCAPrep purchase. Because our products are digital and grant immediate access, refunds are governed by the conditions below.
1. Digital Products & Courses
All products and courses offered on FutureCAPrep are digital in nature. Once you purchase, access to course content, quizzes, mock exams or downloadable materials is granted immediately. Because of the instant-access nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available after content has been accessed.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- You were charged more than once (duplicate billing) for the same item.
- You did not receive access to the purchased course due to a technical failure on our end that we are unable to resolve.
- The course content materially differs from the description provided at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will be declined where:
- You have already accessed, viewed, downloaded or completed any portion of the course content.
- You changed your mind after purchase or no longer wish to study.
- You purchased the wrong course by mistake.
- The request is made more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, including:
- Your order ID / payment reference
- The email registered with your FutureCAPrep account
- A clear reason for the refund request

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned to your original payment method. Bank/gateway settlement times may vary.
