1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the FutureCAPrep platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 16 years old to register and use the platform.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must not share, resell, distribute or commercially exploit any course materials, videos, quizzes, question banks, mock tests or other content.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared. Accessing paid content from multiple locations or devices in a manner consistent with account sharing may result in suspension.
• You must not attempt to copy, scrape, download in bulk, screen-record, photograph, or otherwise extract questions, answers or explanations from the platform.
• Any unauthorised use of the platform may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available on FutureCAPrep — including but not limited to video lectures, quizzes, question banks, mock exams, study notes, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of FutureCAPrep or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content without prior written permission.

4. Content Watermarking & Traceability

To protect our intellectual property, paid content (including question banks and mock tests) is individually watermarked with identifying information linked to your account, and your access to such content is logged. As a result, any copied, screenshotted, recorded or redistributed material can be traced back to the originating account. By using the platform you acknowledge and consent to this watermarking and access logging. Any attempt to remove, obscure or circumvent these protections is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, in addition to any legal remedies available to us.

5. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through approved gateways (bKash, Paystation, etc.). FutureCAPrep does not store full card or banking credentials.
• Course prices may be revised at any time without prior notice; revisions will not affect transactions already completed.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and safeguard your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

FutureCAPrep provides educational content for informational and exam-preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific exam result or career outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureCAPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise harmful to other users or to the platform.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka.
