Delete Your FutureCAPrep Account

Option 1: In the FutureCAPrep app

1. Open the FutureCAPrep app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

Option 2: On the website

1. Sign in to futurecaprep.com.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
3. Click Delete my account, confirm with your password and confirm again.

Deletion happens immediately, and you are signed out on every device.

Option 3: By email

If you can't sign in, email info@futurecaprep.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify that you own the account, and we will delete it within 7 days of verification.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, mobile number, city, date of birth and profile picture.
• Your password and all signed-in sessions and devices, including their IP address history.
• Course enrolments and access to purchased courses, question banks, mock tests and subscriptions.
• Lesson progress, quiz, practice and exam attempts, scores, XP and leaderboard entries.
• Certificates, reviews, notifications and support messages.

What is kept, and for how long

• Order and payment records (amount, date, item purchased, payment reference, and the billing name, phone and address you gave at checkout) are kept for up to 6 years after the purchase to meet tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. They are detached from your deleted account and then permanently deleted.
• Copies held in our hosting provider's backups are removed as those backups expire in the normal backup cycle.

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund past purchases, and purchases cannot be restored to a new account. See our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
