Heavily weighted toward the Companies Act 1994 (separate personality, incorporation, share capital, directors, auditors, dividends, winding up) with the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881, Partnership Act 1932, Contract Act 1872 and Sale of Goods Act 1930.
